Just checking to find out if anybody did actually bother, and are les flics bothered if you didn't in your area?

Yeh, I bought 3 new plates as there were all sorts of dire stories going around, and as I was going for Nationality I thought that I would stay as squeeky clean as possible. My bike club (MC) thought it was hilarious and gave me hard time - most of them have small plates, small broken plates, and partially obscured plates. But since the law came in some have fitted the legal. From what I've heard, you only get fined if they nick you for something else.
Any bike with three cylinders has one too many.....................

yes did. the difference must be about just about half an inch from the old one i used to have a small plate in the UK and they changed the
size to something about 10inx10in it was like a wind brake even with my old shovel

The numbers and letters are the same size as the old plate, its just the spacing is bigger. incon_doh

Nope. I never had one of the tiny ones . Just the previous “ normal ones”. No-one gives a damn .

Never bothered with Golding, It was still on smaller plate when I sold it, I bought a new one for latest bike and that is the new size, Wife still has the smaller one on her Dragstar but I haven't told her it's illegal :evil:
