Rubbish along the roads

You can tell two things at this time of year.Must be down to holiday makers and the golden arch. Is the amount of empty bottles and cans plus empty cartons of fast food. Can you encourage folks to take it home, or put it in the bins? We live in beautiful France. Please respect HER! icon_thanks

We've noticed an increase in roadside rubbish over the last year or two. We clear the roadside near to the house and its annoying having to do it. Sometimes stuff appears which has clearly fallen off a trailer on its way to the dump.

No roadside rubbish around here - but the rubbish around the communal poubelles in the town is a disgrace, particularly the poubelle verres after bastille day. Can't be bothered to empty your empty beer bottles into the empty bin? No problem, just chuck 'em on the ground next to the bin. :x
Grinds my gears it does.
