HI
my wife today has applied for a french driving licence she did it on line .which realy means bringing the form up and filling it in then
printing it of photocopying various documents then sending it to Nantes this is where it enters a black hole of the french pass the buck
ie you did not gave us this document ect
so from today when it is posted we will se how long it takes

My OH sent his paperwork off in February and I did read of someone else who applied in October and is also still waiting.
Mountains are for riding up and skiing down!

I applied last September and got it last month - is this a record?

The prefecture in the Tarn said that the response time for an exchange licence application is 184 days! She didn't say that was working days though :-)
