Yes not great results. Did not see it on TV as we are relaxing in Antigua as part of our pre-ski season training :)
You have been watching too much Cool Runnings.. ;)
True. I need to get my lucky egg back from Sanka :)

Dean Saunders gives his version of a meeting with Brian Clough. Quite funny even if you dislike football.

For the two or three of us who follow football, good luck to Burnley and the mighty bar codes in the cup today. Also any other closet supporter, whose team is playing today. Haway the lads.

Cheers G. Having been in the UK awhile then being "locked out" when I returned I've not been on much recently. We are still doing surprisingly well in the league apart from Away form. We just tried to get Snodgrass from Heartbeat but he preferred to go to West Ham for the same money. Can't see the attraction of London over Burnley myself. ;)
Noocastle are doing well though I see Brighton won't let go. They did that last season, always on our coat tails.

OK judging by Newcastle's line up today we were more interested in the Championship than the cup. Unfortunately it looks like Brighton had the same idea. Even the "mighty" Cambridge succumbed to Luton. Only Burnley managed a win today. :(

it's been quite awhile since we progressed this far, as have our arch rivals Blackburn. I await the draw with interest. Spurs pushed their luck, you have to feel for Wycombe.

A bit quiet on here but things going reasonably well with Newcastle now top and Burnley hanging in there for Prem survival. Grimsby and Cambridge mid table and Wrexham a healthy 10th so no excitement for Gwyn. Not looking too good for Whitehawk though if dwl still following them on here? We seem to have lost our other North East friends and my fellow Lancastrian, wildrover.
