Good for you Gwyn. It's a part of football that ex premiership teams can find themselves in these games which makes it more interesting for the lower teams that are progressing.

Bit quiet on the footie thread but results weren't good for some of us last week. Thought I'd just pop on and wish Giscard good luck this evening at the Forest Ground. We're at Stoke 2moro, could be another hard one. Can't see your teams Gwyn, fixtures a bit skewed with the FA Cup.

A scrappy game enlivened by some serious defensive failings and a couple of good goals.

Whitehawk were 4-3 up with just five minutes to go and were awarded a penalty.

They miss it and a few minutes later get a man sent off and concede an equaliser (after some more joke defending) and end up with a 4-4 draw against Gosport.

At least it wasn't boring (although it was bitterly cold!) ;)

Yes not great results. Did not see it on TV as we are relaxing in Antigua as part of our pre-ski season training :)

Yeh, well done Cambridge. We have the pleasure of Sunderland away just when it seems Moyes is getting them sorted.
