Never realised that about ships, I always thought it was planes that were the big polluters. Interesting stuffbut somewhat depressing. icon_wet

Volkswagen has spent more than $7.4 billion (£5.2 bn) to buy back around 350,000 diesel vehicles in the US after the emissions scandal.

They're being stored at sites across the US.

I wonder what they will do with them - ship them to the third world perhaps?

If they do they will probably use giant cargo ships !

The next time we buy tyres for the bike they'll be £1000 a pair, wear out 5 times quicker and handle like shite, because they've taken something out and replaced it with something else that doesn't work as well but is " better " for us..... :o
