Using solar panels to maintain battery

I've been using the Hubi system for a few years when camping and use it in our shed when not. Could prob build one from scratch much cheaper but it has been great. Excellent lighting and 2 USB charger ports and a 12V cigar lighter socket.

Featherbed frame

Interesting story. I've had a Landrover 90 and as solid as they are they could be much improved, it's a shame his mule didn't work out.

Homologation attestation with a non 'standard' exhaust

Honda France do not have a good reputation for helping people immatriculate their bikes. I know someone on here had a two year nightmare getting a Pan sorted but he got there eventually, through Drire I think.

What is one of the memorable m/cycle rides?

Mine was riding from the UK to Crete and on the way I met a young Swiss guy on a Suzuki 650, I was on my Africa Twin, but we rode together through most of Italy before we went our separate ways, never even got his name, it was just biker camaraderie.

Been Scamed

It's normal procedure here, the pompiers always come round with their calendar, one of them in uniform and I always give them cash unless I miss them. I would have fallen for it too.
